We understand things happen and sometimes you need to change or cancel a reservation for Open Play, Clinics, Court Rentals or other Programs you have registered for. Our CourtReserve system makes it very easy for YOU to cancel many of the things yourself Online on your CourtReserve APP.
Memberships
Paid Memberships automatically renew each month or year, depending on your Membership type. If you need to cancel or change your membership at any time, you can do so yourself online by clicking on “My Membership”. Once a monthly membership type is cancelled, the same membership type cannot be repurchased for at least 6 months.
Open Play & Player Block Sessions
Open Play Sessions and Player Blocks can be cancelled on your CourtReserve APP at any time up to the start of your session. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the start of your session will receive an automatic full credit to your CourtReserve Online Account. Cancellations made after the 12-hour deadline will not receive an automatic credit. As a norm, there are no credits issued after the deadline except for extenuating circumstances. An email to [email protected] is required if you are wanting us to consider a possible credit or partial credit for cancellations made after the deadline. We review credit request emails each Monday. Please read our “No Shows” section below regarding players not dropping themselves and just not showing up for a session.
Court Rentals
Court Rentals can be cancelled on the CourtReserve system up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made online up to 12 hours before will receive an automatic full credit to your CourtReserve Online Account. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window, please EMAIL us at [email protected]. EMAIL is much better than calling as it will provide us a Date and Time Stamp of when you cancelled and will allow you to submit a written reason why you are cancelling after the online deadline. An email is required if you are wanting us to consider a possible credit or partial credit. We review credit request emails each Monday.
Clinics & Lessons
If you need to cancel a Lesson or Clinic, you can do yourself on the CourtReserve system up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made online up to 24 hours before will receive an automatic full credit to your CourtReserve Online Account. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, please CALL us at 704-583-1444 (Ext 3). If you are wanting us to consider a possible credit or partial credit, you will also need to EMAIL us at [email protected] with more information to why you needed to cancel before the online deadline. Lessons and Clinics rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice may result in a $25 rescheduling / cancellation fee. We review credit request emails each Monday.
Cancellations and No Shows
Excessive Cancellations or “No Shows” may result in loss of membership and access to Pickleball Charlotte future events, rentals and programs. Please be considerate to other players and take the time to withdraw yourself from the session you are not able to attend.
